Our Story

Xrae Management's story didn't start in an office. It started on Instagram, where an Englishman and an American woman got talking.

Within a couple of weeks, Red had flown to New York to meet Amanda in person. Two weeks after that, they stood at the airport and couldn't bring themselves to say goodbye, so Amanda came home with him. Six months later, they were married. Fifteen years on, that same partnership runs Xrae Management.

Red's background as a photographer took him to YouTube to build a second income. It taught them how to grow an audience, and ultimately led them to OnlyFans. Within 18 months, they had built a repeatable system that grossed $1.8 million and drew more than 53,000 paying subscribers.

They set out to pass on what they’d learned, and Xrae Management was born: an agency built by creators, for creators.
